John has over 15 years experience in the high tech home automation, home theater, and custom lighting industry. In 2003, John felt led to break away from that industry and apply his knowledge to the masses, via custom built homes in a practical price range. John's Bachelor degree in accounting gives him a great foundation to track and control construction costs against the project budget to avoid cost overruns. This allows Homestead Building Company to deliver a custom built home on time and on budget. His excitement to build homes is contagious, and his exacting attention to detail is evident in every home built.
